Shipping Policy

 At Chill CBD, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following information regarding our CBD shipping policies.

 

Shipping and Policies: 

Free shipping is automatically applied when the cart reaches $50. This mode of transit will most often be shipped as ground speed.

We are unable to ship orders through USPS due to the postal regulations regarding cannabis-related products. All orders will arrive via UPS and transit times are based on UPS processes. Once packages leave the Chill Medicated facility, they are outside of our control and responsibility. If any issues occur not regarding the order itself after a package has shipped, there is little we can do.

(Total is based on merchandise subtotal, calculated before sales tax, and after any discounts or coupons).

Contiguous U.S. Delivery: 2-8 business days

Alaska, Hawaii: 5-10 business days

Carrier delivery time is estimated but not guaranteed. 

 

 We do not support international or US territory shipments. Transit times may exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders have shipped.

 

How Do We Ship? Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS. We do not require a signature for delivery. The carrier may leave the package, if they feel it is safe, in locations such as the patio, garage, or any exterior doors. If you are not home and it is deemed unsafe to leave the package, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Please be aware of any and all state and local restrictions regarding the possession/consumption of CBD products in your community, we are not responsible for any violations that occur outside of our operating state. 

 

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the Chill CBD™ Refund Policy. We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on Chill CBD and can not allow returns from purchases made in a retail store. Additionally, we cannot process returns on any purchase with a discount applied.
