Returns/Exchanges - Online Purchases:
We only accept returns and replace items if they are defective, damaged upon delivery or if you received an incorrect item. If your purchase is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 7 days of purchase.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 7 days of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact items purchased unless the item is no longer available. Proof of purchase and a photo of the defective/damaged product is required. Send us an email at info@chillmedicated.com to inquire about this process. No refunds or exchanges.
