If a payment fails, you’ll receive a notification and a second attempt will be made within 48 hours.

Shipping

All subscription orders ship via standard or selected shipping method within 1–2 business days of billing.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

Free shipping may be available on subscription orders over a certain threshold.

Modifications & Cancellations

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect that month.
